Twice that I arrive at opening time (10 am) and twice that it opens late. Even though it is now 10.08 and everything is still closed.
The products are of high quality, otherwise I wouldn't try every time, but this lack of respect towards customers is not possible.
A place to go even just to relax. The staff is more than kind, I would say almost affectionate, you want to hug them when you leave. Never have I entered looking for a generic "game suitable for an x-year-old girl" and left empty-handed, or dissatisfied. Considerations valid for this store, for the one in Via Oderisi da Gubbio and for the historic one in Trastevere.
Today I went to the shop and was served by the boy named Emanuele. EXCEPTIONAL he was kind and courteous and super competent, I had to give a Christmas present and he helped me greatly! Unique availability and professionalism. I will definitely return to the shop, just for Emanuele. VERY GOOD and see you soon
